What is included in the Coin Valuation Service?

The service includes the following:

  • examination of your Euro coin photos
  • relevant research and collection of coin details
  • examination of defects
  • estimation of current value
  • online research to identify the latest retail price the coin was sold at
  • preparation of the RRC Valuation Document
  • emailing the final document to you.

No, you can’t. You can order only one coin valuation per time. If you have 10 coins for valuation, you will have to order them separately, submitting 10 different orders. That way our team can track and handle the orders easier and faster.

Due to high volume of requests, kindly allow us up to 7-10 working days to complete the examination of your photos and send you the RRC Valuation Document.

We will send you the RRC Valuation Document in PDF format via email.

A typical RCC Valuation Document includes:

  • your coin photos
  • basic coin details (title, description, issue year, mintage volume etc)
  • estimated current value
  • latest retail price sold

Latest retail price sold is the latest price we found a coin similar to yours sold at online in an auction or marketplace. This price usually varies from the current value of your coin, and sometimes the gap is big which is not a bad thing at all, that means you can make a profit by selling it because there are recent indicators of actual demand for it.

You can access all your orders by visiting the relevant tab “My Orders” in your Account dashboard.

We only accept cancellations in case you haven’t successfully uploaded at least 2 of your coin photos. In any other case, once placed an order will not be cancelled.

Please place an order after careful consideration because our service fees are non refundable and we won’t be able to offer you a refund in case you change your mind.
